A little bit of history...

THE BASICS
I can definately say I have had a very blessed life. I was born February 13, 1983 and grew up as an only child. My parents saw to it that I had a fantastic private school education, and supported me with my decision to continue my education into the college years studying Sociology at the University of Georgia where I recieved my BA in May 2006.
My future education plans include completion of my TESOL Certificate in Summer 2008 and the pursuit of a career in International Education. My dream is to find work in an organization that makes a difference in people's lives. I prefer a hands on approach to living.

ALONG THE WAY...
My interests and hobbies have been as unique as I think they could be. I Have played chess off and on (competing a short while in High School) since the age of 3. Art has been another outlet for me as well, working mainly with Oil Pastels, Pencils, and Acrylics. My senior year of high school I discovered cars, and went on to co-found a car club when I started college. The highlight of that experience was having over 30 members involved. I started dancing in 2004 and fell in love with it. First it was line dancing and West Coast Swing, which still remain my favorite styles. I ended up teaching ballroom dance for a better portion of a year before moving on to a more financially secure office job. 2004 was also the year I first stepped foot on a plane, on a trip to spend the Summer in Italy. That was the turning point in my life to know that there is a big world out there, and it's calling my name!
